This Week's Article: CranioSacral Supports Better Business"How does having regular CranioSacral sessions support making better business decisions?"This is a common question I get asked by my clients. Side note: Those that imply they can effectively focus while enduring the pain of a headache are showing their strength and resilience and we appreciate those qualities but we are asking for the 'truth' in our conversation - the truth with ourselves that is. In response to the pain, people take their favorite over the counter medicine and in continue to try and work while waiting the 30 - 45 minutes it takes for the pain relief to manifest but now you have too much energy. The caffeine in the medicine has well compensated for the pain distraction but now you can't focus on a single task because you are running in overdrive trying to do too many different tasks possibly playing catch-up.Is this sounding at all familiar?
