The following are three elements making up the complete To Create & Motivate™ Health and Physical Wellness Coaching Program:

Finding Your Center™

This segment of the program focuses on getting to know your truth, values and boundaries. You will work through exercises and conversations with your coach to determine where your current boundaries lie, learn how to create proper boundaries supportive of your truth and values, embrace your ability to compassionately speak your truth, and begin to learn how to set realistic goals.

Strengthening Your Foundation™

Over the course of four weeks you will focus on reviewing your current skills and gifts to build on your ability to set realistic goals and expand your skills and gift set. You will build on your goal-setting skills while analyzing other personal and professional gifts. You will learn in which areas you are successfully using your skills and in which you need to improve that support to achieve your goals and dreams. The goal-setting exercises will work to support reaching and achieving personal and professional success.

Connecting Your Dots™

During these four weeks you focus on getting to know how you learn, work and embrace change the best. When you can see how you learn best, you can apply the knowledge to any situation in which you experience challenges. Understanding the philosophy that all challenges are a learning opportunity, you can then begin to easily diffuse the stress associated with change, transition and challenges that cause disease and stress. You will learn to understand your personal learning style and how to apply this knowledge in different situations in both your personal and professional life. The exercises will walk you through integrating this knowledge to form better working relationships with your family, friends and co-workers.
