Lacy Kirkland
Meet Your Website Project Relations Coaching Expert
Lacy aims to nurture the vision of our clients, listening deeply to what is said and even more closely to what is not. She takes on her role as a guide and confidant with great reverence, knowing that the birth of your brand is often the awakening to unlimited business possibilities. Lacy’s favorite part of her job is when a client lights up, her voice smiling with confidence while articulating a vision; she now sees it as more than just a dream. It is real; it is possible. Together, we get to co-create this beautiful reality.
Lacy's Personal Mission Statement
"My life's purpose here is to listen to people, empower their dreams, hold them accountable to themselves, help them create a map to reality, and cheer the loudest when they achieve success."
Lacy's Quirk!
I dance while driving, and I like to ride shopping carts around the Costco parking lot just because. I also finally gave into Jason’s Happy Dancing. If you can’t beat ‘em, you might as well join in!

Lacy's BIO
My goal in life is to support people in remembering who they are, the gifts they bring and the possibilities that surround them so they can live that life about which they’ve dreamed. Life isn’t made purely for dreaming; it is made for living.
Web design is a microcosm of life. If I can support others to dream, create, develop, and live out their visual brand, then I am fulfilling my life’s work. Life takes place in the small moments. We aren’t just designing a cool-looking website, though we do think they look pretty great. We’re tuning in to the nature of who you are as a person and a business as well as your purpose in this world. People will buy your product or service when what they see visually matches up with what they want to feel emotionally. We’ve got a lot of responsibility on our hands, and we take great care.
Everyday I find myself coaching our clients through their own fears, insecurities and wins to bring forth more of who they are. Owning your own business is a work of art, and sharing yourself so fully with the world can be scary: we know. It thrills me when a client creates her first video post, blog entry or bio. These are all vulnerable yet necessary steps toward owning your talent as a valuable contributor to our world.
I am so grateful to have you guide me through this last year. I am truly a different being because of your love and support!

Professional Experience
Lacy started her career in image and branding in 2007. Just one year prior she met a woman—a Life Coach and motivational speaker—who turned her world upside down, revealing that indeed everything Lacy wanted to contribute to the world was absolutely possible.
A year later Lacy shook off her tomboy roots; bought a new suit, her first pair of heels, makeup, and jewelry; and began working with The Winning Edge, an image consulting and corporate training firm based in Las Vegas, NV. She became the poster child for The Winning Edge, sharing herself with participants resistant to or scared of change—knowing that not long ago, she too wasn’t aware of the image she was presenting and the true power of branding. Lacy believed that, “People like me for who I am, not what I dress like.” And it’s true, but she learned quickly that as she aligned visually with the person she is inside, people took immediate notice. She often told clients, “Image isn’t about becoming someone else or being fake; it’s about representing yourself visually as the person you already are inside.”
Lacy served as the company’s Life Coach and Director of Operations to top clients in the hospitality industry such as MGM Grand at Foxwoods, Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, Ameristar Casinos, Argosy Casino and Foxwoods—all of whom were looking to rebrand their people to align with their overall company image.
Lacy pursued her training to become a Certified Life Coach in 2008 and continues to deliver Life Coaching during nationwide corporate training workshops. She is currently growing her Life Coaching practice in Portland, OR, and enjoys supporting clients to reach their life and wellness goals.
Lacy met Jason at an event for his book Project Everlasting in 2008. Jason’s passion for writing, creating, empowerment and branding caught her attention. Eight months later they met to “talk shop” over coffee. Lacy had led The Winning Edge through hiring a web design firm and executing a full company rebranding strategy, from print collateral to web presence. Jason saw the value in having a team member who knows branding from a personal image perspective. It didn’t hurt that she knows exactly what it’s like to be the client and is comfortable assuming the role of Project Manager. What does this mean for you? A holistic branding journey with someone who has you and your project at the top of mind.
Most recently, Lacy created a WordPress website for her own coaching business. She is an Oregon Living Well program leader and supports people living with chronic conditions. She continues to offer her story and expertise to hospitals and wellness organizations around the area. Lacy is always looking for ways to live more simply, contentedly and filled with purpose.
