Traditional Coaching Formula

Communicating, Supporting, Arriving

Our Traditional Coaching Formula is one that encompasses our philosophy of mind, body and spirit working in unison, supporting our clients in their desires to manifest their goals. Similar to the Holistic and Blended Coaching programs, we work with our clients to set realistic and achievable goals by identifying the strong skills they already have, working to recognize how to be more effective in applying these skills, and creating manageable tasks to positively reinforce what they had forgotten or never recognized previously about themselves.

Communicating

Our intention is to provide our clients with the ability to openly communicate with us as well as themselves to supports their growth, achievements and knowledge base—which is the fuel empowering them to arrive exactly at the place they intended.

Supporting

A client enrolling in the Traditional Coaching Formula most often already incorporates regular body work such as massage, reflexology, Reiki or CranioSacral Therapy in her life; moreover, she is comfortable and continuously noticing positive results after each of session. Additionally, clients may live a significant distance from our locations or their schedules just aren’t flexible enough to embrace the Holistic approach.

Arriving

When enrolling in either the Holistic of Blended Formulas, the intake session is conducted in person using the Holistic integrated Formula.
