Collaborating
One of our goals is to bring together four like-minded individuals similar to yourself to support the quartet in a supportive environment. Additionally, we provide the ease of working from your own space while embracing the wonders of technology.

Our intention is to provide you and your group with a safe environment in which to support each other through collaboration of ideas and experiences to expand the possibilities of your personal life as well as your business while fostering friendship and resources.
Fostering
The Group Coaching Formula is about brainstorming solutions, but it is also about supporting you and the other participants in finding greater balance in your lives. Each session starts with an intention-setting meditation and closes with an activation meditation. All participants use the same e-Workbook, but you will complete the last activity of each session on your own and in your own time. Each of these activities provides you with the opportunity to reflect, expand and consider what is moving you forward, what inspires you, and what more you can do to further your personal growth even more.
