To empower you to embrace a more balanced approach to life, we partner with you via electronic means. Using our secure and private online, forums we are able to collaborate, support, exchange, guide, and facilitate you through the change and transition you are seeking to achieve.

Emerging

Our intention is for our clients to communicate with us through a secure, constructive, and compassionate environment as we support their ability to identify their skills, thus allowing them to build upon these to successfully achieve and manifest their goals and emerge with a new perspective.

Constructing

The E-Coaching program follows a similar outline as the Traditional Program. Every week we will outline what is it you are seeking to achieve – a milestone bringing you closer to your ultimate goal. We will review the successes you’ve had over the last week and discuss what challenges need solutions all through the ease of an online, secure discussion forum. Working and constructing goals all at your own pace!

Building

We will also support you in achieving your dreams by establishing realistic and achievable goals.

When enrolling in our E-Coaching program, your Intake Session is conducted via telephone (or via Skype or Instant Messenger) just like with our Traditional Coaching Program. By embracing the online format for your coaching program, you also provide the gift freedom of flexibility to yourself. By interacting with your Certified Professional Coach via a private forum, you login at a time that is convenient for you! When you post or interact within your private forum, your coach is notified and is able to respond in a timely manner. We meet you where you are, and that is just about anywhere you have internet access!
