The following is an outline of what the four weeks will cover:

• Week 1 - Just the basics! You will be given a sample business plan to have and review over the next eight weeks. This sample will be a guide for you to be referring to as we move forward, covering basic language, terms, guidelines and roles a business plan plays in a business's life.
• Week 2 & 3 - Choosing the right plan! This week will focus on supporting you in the identification of which plan is right for you and your business. You will review your needs, and by assessing these needs you will be able to determine which plan to embrace to move forward in business.
• Week 4 & 5 - Establishing a Road Map! This week you will focus on setting a path to succeed in writing and completing your business. Once you know your needs and the role it will serve, you can easily determine the depth and time you will need to successfully complete your business.
• Week 6 & 7 - Kick it into Gear! This week you will focus on where your business will be in three to five years. We will discuss additional business possibilities, gaining the competitive edge and leading the pack of your industry. All this ties into successfully writing your business plan!
• Week 8 - Review. This final week you will review everything you've learned and begin to apply it to creating and writing your basic business plan.
