Perfect Moment Monday: Season of Joy

My Perfect Moment for this week …

Christmas is my favorite holiday of the year. I am not sure if it is all the glittery lights hanging from roof tops, the increased level of “happiness” in people, or the idea of buying and wrapping gifts to give to loved ones and those who’ve made a difference. This past week was filled with moments of purely enjoying the season of giving.

Christmas is a time for giving and gratitude.I am excited to be sharing this Christmas with good friends and family. I can’t think of any one spectacular moment this past week that outshines the rest, but the overall feeling of joy and excitement that is madly circling and exuding from one and all is definitely the underlying theme for each and every Perfect Moment I can recall!

Thanks for making me pause to think of all the things I love about this time of year: the smells, the cheer and goodwill, the giving, the music, the sense of anticipation.

You're right -- there is plenty of joy to be had.
