Merry Christmas!

Just a short note this beautiful Christmas Day to let you all know I‘m ecstatic for the wonderful people in my life. I am blessed to be spending today with family from both my husband’s side as well as my own.

It is easy to get caught up in the commercialization for which this holiday is known. But the “unwrappable” gifts like sharing a quiet moment with an in-law or watching your child run with glee in the sun hold far greater value than something that may have been purchased.

This is my favorite time of the year and my favorite holiday. It affords me the opportunity to express and share my gifts of love and gratitude with those whom I love dearly, even if I am not with them in person but merely talking with them on the phone or thinking of them fondly.

Keeping true to my word of being short, I send to each of you this day my love and gratitude for your support and encouragement. May the gifts you receive this year be more of the intangible sort than those which have been wrapped in paper.
