Crystal Therapy: Just the Basics
By Karen Kleinwort ~ 3/05/2010
As part of our growing panel of experts, we’ve been honored to have a trained crystalogist among them: Rosemary Beam. If you have not read Ms. Beam’s recent blogs regarding Crystals and Chakras, then we highly recommend them as great reading opportunities.
We have been embracing the use of Crystal Therapy for a while and actively using crystals in sessions with clients. Therapy in Transition is not alone in embracing this popular form of alternative healing. Crystal Therapy is non-invasive, and people who embrace it swear by the healing power of crystals. Anyone can practice simple crystal healing techniques if open to receiving some basic information, like what crystals to use, how to choose your crystal, and how to cleanse them. We wanted to share from our personal experience and perspective which stones have supported us.
