Be Set Free Fast: Emotional Release Technique

One element of why I love what I do is because I am introduced to all sorts of healing modalities. Some are easily implemented into an individual’s life, while others remain dependent on the support of practitioners. I’d like to share with you one which starts off requiring the support of a practitioner mainly for necessity of “training” you to be comfortable with the set-up procedure but is then easily taken home and implemented whenever you may feel the need to removing any new blocks that present themselves.

The modality is called Be Set Free Fast. It was created by Dr. Larry Nims, Ph.D. Dr. Nims was one of the first professionals to be trained in Thought Field Therapy back in the early 1990s. Since then he has refined this approach and created his own program, Be Set Free Fast (BSFF). BSFF is an alternative healing technique that involves healing one’s emotional blocks to support the releasing of physical ailments. According to the BSFF philosophy, our subconscious mind can be programmed to aid in our healing if we send across the right suggestion to it. Obviously, the basis of the philosophy is that the human mind is powerful enough to heal all the ailments that affect our bodies. BSFF can in fact also be used to work on emotional as well self-development issues.

Most of our emotional blocks are the result of years of negative programming and/or traumatic or hurtful emotional experiences. The longer these blocks remain untreated, the greater grows their potential to cause physical ailments as well as emotional and personal dissatisfaction.

BSFF technique involves dealing with underlying unresolved emotional issues or beliefs of each problem without making a person re-experience or recall the trauma associated with the said issues. A typical BSFF session consists of a four-step treatment program. The first three steps involve eliminating the collective emotional roots of every problem, and the last step is a short but effective forgiveness exercise.

Forgiveness, in fact, is one the most important aspects of BSFF technique. After all, it is when we hold on to bitterness, resentment and anger that negativity keeps building inside us. This negativity creates emotional blocks that eventually lead to physical and mental ailments. Forgiveness, however, helps us shed this emotional baggage, thereby allowing the body to heal.

What makes BSFF a powerful therapy is the fact that it helps in removing the emotional blocks from our subconscious (thus removing the root of our problems). Also, unlike many other alternative healing therapies, BSFF does not require one to have complete faith in its effectiveness in order to produce results. Whether you are a skeptic or a believer, BSFF works well for almost everyone.

The best part of BSFF is its simplicity, just like EFT (Emotional Freedom technique). You can practice BSFF on yourself with a little practice. The facts that the therapy is non-invasive and completely side effect-free have also added to its popularity.
