The Balancing Act ...
The balancing act is something we all strive to perfect. Balancing our personal lives, family, friends, social activities, work, and anything else life seems to find wrapped around.
One of the tools we use with our coaching clients is the balance wheel. This exercise provides our clients with the ability to see which areas of their lives are consuming more of their time, energy and focus than others.
Why would this be helpful? When we know which areas are consuming too much of our energy we are then able to identify which areas are lacking for attention. Through this knowledge we are able to then work on actions to refocus our energy in a more balanced approached.
